WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Take a look at what’s in store

  • Good Friday

This is going to be a night filled with scripture, reflection, and creative elements. The service will be roughly an hour, and we’ll focus on this truth: "That by His wounds we are healed. For the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all."

The service begins at 7pm on April 3rd, but we encourage you to get here 15 - 20 minutes early to find a seat, and take time to explore the stations placed throughout the lobby.

  • Easter Gathering

Our Easter Sunday services last about 60-70 minutes and are designed to help you celebrate the hope and joy of the resurrection. It begins with worship, followed by a message from God’s Word, and an opportunity to receive prayer.

Service times are 9 & 11am, and both offer identical experiences.

  • What to Wear

Wear whatever feels comfortable! You’re welcome in your Easter best, or feel free to roll up in a t-shirt and sweats. At Hickory Ridge, you can come exactly as you are.

  • Kids and Youth

We have an incredible environment ready to welcome your kids ages 0 - 12 in Roots. Each area is safe, fun, and age-appropriate, with engaging Bible teaching, worship, games, crafts, snacks, and more!

Students in 6th - 12th grade are part of our Student Ministries. We love having middle and high schoolers join us in the main Easter gathering to experience worship and the message alongside their families.

Throughout the year, students also gather Wednesday nights at 6:30pm for services designed especially for them.

  • Parking

We have a team of smiling faces ready to help you find a space, and make your way inside!

Families are encouraged to use our family entrance on the lower-level, which brings you directly to where your children can check in.

Upstairs you’ll find coffee, tea, and more available to refresh and prepare you for the service, as well as Guest Service members ready to help answer any questions you may have.

  • Okay, I’m in!

Woo-hoo! We can’t wait to meet you!

We would so appreciate if you would let us know you’re coming so we can get in touch with you, answer any questions you may have, and be ready to help accommodate any potential needs or special requests.

And just in case you’re wondering, this isn’t a church where new people are called out, embarrassed, or forced to public-speak.
